"Ordered a log trailer from them online in the beginning of December. Communication was great through the whole setup proscess for financing and everything. Their guy who assembles the equipment was out on leave so there was a bit of a delay getting the trailer assembled and tested. The crew at chipper was very helpful and even upgraded the power pack to a key start system for the delay. Which was a very nice upgrade. Due to the holidays there was a bit of trouble getting a driver to be able to deliver the trailer to Kentucky as the trailer came with free shipping. So my wife and I came up with the idea to drive down to Georgia to pick the item up instead. Meeting the crew was great, everyone was very helpful and I ended up picking up one of the conveyors while I was down there for an amazing price to make up for shipping as the paperwork for the trailer financing had already been completed. They helped load the trailer and conveyor and get everything onto the flatdeck trailer we brought to pick up the items. All in all, a great crew there at Chipper and definitely a great experience."
